The Linnaeus Competence Center Hemp is a new kind of institute \u2014 both conceptually and thematically. This creates the opportunity to design work processes and organizational structures that are self-directed, agile, and largely non-hierarchical.<\/p>\n

Our approach promotes a working culture based on trust, flexibility, and professional excellence. Leadership and project responsibilities are goal-oriented, rotational, and interdisciplinary, enabling synergies and continuous professional growth.<\/p>\n

In the research field in particular, we aim for close collaboration with universities and academic networks, reflected in flexible working and employment models that combine scientific freedom with personal development.<\/p>\n

In the meantime, the Linnaeus Competence Center Hemp offers students the opportunity to complete a mandatory internship at our Berlin office. Internship placements may involve project management, communication, scientific research, or event organization, depending on the student\u2019s interests and field of study.<\/p>\n

Placement details are determined by the student\u2019s level of academic progress and relevant university regulations. We welcome students who are eager to contribute to the development of a sustainable research and innovation framework.<\/p>\n
