Non-profit status:

With a certificate dated 02 March 2022, the company’s fulfilment of the requirements for non-profit status was confirmed for the first time by the Löbau tax office.

This entitles the non-profit company to issue donation receipts for donations in favour of its non-profit purposes

  • the promotion of science and research in accordance with § 52 para. 2 sentence 1 no.(n) 1 AO;
  • the promotion of education, popular education and vocational training pursuant to § 52 para. 2 sentence 1 no.(n) 7 AO).

The concept of the “common good”:

The common good is understood as opposed to individual interests or the interests of specific groups in society or – more broadly – humanity.

In this sense, the Linnaeus Kompetenzzentrum Hanf gGmbH works to promote this good through sustainable processes and products and through sustainable actions and the development of sustainable business models. It is important to us to show that sustainable management is possible. The guiding principles of our work are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.

We act sustainably by bringing the imbalance in the interaction between people, between people and nature and in the use of natural foundations into a timeless balance and creating the prerequisites for this with our work. Bio-economic value creation plays a central role in the structural development of entire regions.
