UNCTAD, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, dealt with commercial and industrial hemp for the first time in its reporting and showed the enormous potential that is possible with hemp.However, the statistical evaluation for the primary commodity market sector also revealed limitations in reporting and statistical recording, which indicate that the market is still underdeveloped. Germany in particular is clearly lagging behind the development in the use of the climate plant hemp.
